In my first post on London Health Week (20th-26th April 2015) I shared some of the great discounts and classes I’m excited about. There are also some amazing events available exclusively to wristband holders, and some of them are free! From small talks and workshops to special yoga workouts by candlelight. There’s something for everyone. Here are my pick of the events!
Allergies vs. Intolerances. Thursday 23rd April @ 5pm
A completely free short talk on the differences between food allergies and intolerances will be held on Thursday evening. Hosted by Raw Skin Food, it will discuss the 8 key allergens, and share tips on building the immune system through optimal diet. There will be a demo on making your own toner to remove toxins from the skin. I’ve already secured my seat for this one!
Secret Yoga Club with Mischa Varmuza and Gabrielle Hales – Monday 20th April @ 8pm.
Be quick if you want to attend this candle-lit yoga session hosted by two of London’s top teachers, as there are only 6 tickets left. This sounds so relaxing – definitely one of the best events of the week!
B.fresh B.healthy – 10 Steps to put Spring in your Step! By Charlotte Stirling-Reed – Saturday 25th April @ 12.15pm
Here’s a lovely free session on Saturday afternoon, with a whole new healthy lifestyle plan, based around the belief that you shouldn’t have to change your lifestyle to look after your health. Tickets are (not surprisingly) going fast for this one!
