Get Fresh with GreenFrog Botanic!

Some years ago, a couple working in India discovered soap berries – natural berries from plants in Sapindus genus, which contain a natural detergent. Used for centuries in the Himalayas, these remarkable berries were too good not to be shared. So, Greenfrog Botanic was born. Originally manufactured in the Himalayas, it’s now all made in the UK and the range has recently expanded to body and hand wash!

Greenfrog products are 100% vegan, environmentally friendly and completely natural. The result is a high quality, organic soap with no parabens, palm oil, phosphates or other nasty chemicals. Everyone who works for Greenfrog is fairly paid and they are on the way to full certification.

Needless to say, I was delighted when I was given the chance to try a full sized body wash and hand wash from the brand new range. And I absolutely love them!

The Neroli & Lime Hand Wash is an absolute delight – such a wonderful smell, and with nice, gentle foaming action. Low-foam is common with soap-berries and it’s a great sign, as many of the highly foaming brands contain lots of chemical to get this effect. Less foam doesn’t mean less cleaning power!

It cleans my hands without drying them out and leaves a delicate fragrance – I keep wanting to sniff my hands after I’ve used it. It makes hand-washing a more pleasant experience!

The Geranium & Peppermint Body Wash is also fantastic – I’ve found it actually foams up rather well on a bath scrunchie, and you only need very little. It’s a really reviving and refreshing scent – perfect for a morning pick-me-up! It definitely gives the body a little tingle.

I’d definitely recommend these products – they’re natural, organic and effective. Perfect!

Thanks for reading – have a great day!
