I first came across Beech’s Fine Chocolates at VegFest in London last year. With lots of and vegan thins, chocolate creams and dark chocolate bars they were a hit, and unfortunately many of their tasters had been scoffed by the time I got to the stall. Lucky for me, I was sent two boxes of their chocolate thins to try out! It’s a hard life sometimes!
Beech’s have been making chocolate from totally natural ingredients since 1920. Their expertise shows when you take a bite into one of the Ginger Thins – a really rich and creamy flavour, with a nice hit of ginger. Super sweet though – do be prepared to only eat one or two at a time. Honestly, I know that sounds crazy coming from a chocoholic like me, but that’s really all I could manage!
The Lime & Chilli thins are really unusual – yet the flavours make an amazing pairing with this rich, dark chocolate. The chilli is quite strong, and it definitely packs a punch. A really lovely flavour combination. Once again, these are very sweet, but they do melt in your mouth!
Both boxes lasted us ages, as we only had a couple each at a time – this makes them great value at £4.99 a box.
You can buy any 3 boxes of thins for £12 from the Beech’s website, and postage will then be free! And don’t forget, they have lots of other lovely chocolates in the vegan range. I’ve yet to try the creams – but I’m sure they’ll be sweetly delicious too! Definitely worth checking out for the sweet-toothed among us!
Thanks for reading – have a wonderful day!
I was sent these products free of charge for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
