Inika – Cruelty Free, Vegan & Flawless

As a brand, Inika are one of my favourites. They are totally organic, cruelty free and vegan, and everything in their range is made from the finest quality mineral pigments. No parabens, no talc, no nasties at all. Just pure mineral goodness.

There’s nothing like a good sweep of finishing powder to set off whatever foundation you’ve used. Be it powder or liquid, I always find it improves the overall look and keeps the shine at bay for longer. Especially if you have a long day (or night out) ahead of you.

MyPure sent me a tub of mineral setting powder from Inika, and I absolutely love it! It’s a tiny little tub – just 3.5g of powder in total. And whilst the full price of £17 may seem expensive to some, I have to say that I don’t see it that way. Inika products are not diluted and remain totally pure, so you only need the smallest amount of product on each use. I found that this pot is lasting just as long as pots I’ve had with twice the powder in. So make sure you go easy when loading it onto your kabuki brush!

In terms of the look it gives – it’s a completely beautiful finish. It provides an even, matte look without making me look like a porcelain doll (pale and artificial). I have combination skin, and when wearing make-up all day, it often starts to slide off in places. This setting powder makes my look last for much longer, and I don’t feel all greasy under my make-up.

Full marks for performance, quality and for being 100% vegan and cruelty free. Make-up for beautiful skin and a beautiful conscience.

Here are even more great reasons for choosing Inika:

  • All of their tubes, pots and brushes are made from recycled materials.
  • Inika is registered with the UK Vegan Society.
  • Fully certified organic within Australia & Italy.
  • They are a Truth in Beauty brand, which means that are products are safe, natural, ethical and environmentally concious.

At the moment, you can pick this up for the discounted price of £14.45 on the MyPure website.

Inika prove that being conscience does not mean you have to compromise.

Thanks for reading. Have a wonderful day.
