Natural, Ecological, Sweet Smelling Deodorant

As you may be aware, Madara are one of my favourite brands for skincare. Their products are completly natural and ecological, and made to the highest ECOCERT standards.  With plant ingredients from the harsh climates near the Baltic Sea, every product is filled with bioactive molecules, creating high quality formulas.

DeodorantMadara

Madara’s Bio-Active deodorant is free from aluminium (pore-clogging) and consists of a blend of plant extracts and palm rose essential oil. The scent is probably the most delicious thing I’ve ever had the pleasure to inhale through my nostrils! It’s really powerful and actually made me feel like sniffing my armpits on several occasions. I know, it’s a bit weird, but that’s how good it smells!

Honestly, if I was stuck on a hot and sweaty tube train with someone’s armpit in my face, I wouldn’t complain half as much if it smelt like this! And I’m fairly short, so I get armpit-in-face on a fairly regular basis!

I found I was able to use this deodorant straight after shaving without any irritation or stinging. I also found it very effective – except on days of extreme activity. I took it on holiday with us to Copenhagen earlier in the month, and despite it being cold, I was quite active, doing lots of walking around, and sweating in big jumpers when I went inside. On these days, I found I had to reapply every few hours. But I am a fairly sweaty morsel, so it can take quite a lot to live up to my deodorant needs!

On the other hand, on regular and more sedentary days, it lasted just fine – and armpit smelling was possible throughout the day – I’m joking, honestly!

Madara Bio-Active Deodorant sells for £10 on the MyPure website. It’s completely vegan and cruelty free, as well as natural and organic. Definitely worth a try – you’ll smell amazing!

This product was sent to me free of charge by MyPure, for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
