Random Health… This Super-fruit can improve your Mood & Digestion.

Have you heard of Baobab?

You’ll wonder why you haven’t tried it before now. It’s an exotic fruit, grown on magnificent trees in Africa. This powdery white fruit is rich in all sorts of beneficial nutrients, providing up to six times more vitamin C than oranges, more potassium than bananas and it’s also a powerhouse of iron, magnesium, calcium, fibre and friendly prebiotics. Wow! Try saying that with you tongue tied!

So, why is it so super?

Baobab contains stacks of vitamins. It reduces blood pressure, improves skin & bone health and boosts energy naturally.

More antioxidants than blueberries and goji berries. They enhance brain function, help strengthen the immune system and reduce the signs of ageing.

Reduces energy spikes and plays an essential role in your digestive, heart, and skin health. It also helps improve blood sugar control and weight management.

Where can you get it?

I always go for 100% organic and natural superfoods, with no added nasties (sugar, preservatives and additives), so when PandaVita offered to send me a pouch of their pure baobab powder, I jumped at the chance, and I wasn’t disappointed. It has a really pure and fruity taste – I love mixing it into my morning smoothies to give a vitamin kick, and I’m currently enjoying a spoon mixed into a glass of water – I imagine this will be my favourite refreshing drink of the summer.

Pandavita’s baobab is minimally processed, so its wonderful nutrients stay intact, and a wonderful 5% of all profits are given to charity. In fact, according to National Geographic, if baobab were to rise in popularity it would create a market worth one billion dollars for rural Africans – it’s a winning situation for everyone. So thank you Pandavita for introducing me to this lovely stuff.
