Healthy, Nutritious, Delicious – Good. Full. Stop

Are you looking for a healthier vegan snack?

Something with medium to low glycaemic index, counts as one of your fruit/veg portions, yet still tastes good enough that it might be a naughty treat?

All Good Full Stop bars are packed with fruit, nuts and many nutrients, including copper and fibre.  They are gluten free, dairy free and vegan, and come in some real taste-bud tinging flavours, including double chocolate, cherry & maple and chilli chocolate.

I find these bars an absolute delight as an afternoon snack when my energy is flagging – they are especially good for accompanying tea breaks at work and often get an ooh and an aah from my colleagues, who have since become converts.

They have a rich texture – somewhere between a regular fruit bar and a brownie, and oodles of flavour. The chilli one really packs a punch, and those are more suited to my fire breathing husband, but I adore the cherry maple and the chocolate orange. All of the flavours taste really natural, and don’t leave any after tastes. There are also some more unusual flavours, including a coffee one to leave you full of beans.

Of course, the goodness doesn’t stop there. As you can expect from my blog, every company I feature has a wonderfully ethical story, and Good. Full. Stop are no exception.

They contribute to a range of charities and causes, including assisting developing countries to get out of poverty (DEKI), helping vulnerable children in Pakistan (SOS Children’s Villages), protecting wildlife and encouraging conservation (TUSK) and standing up for human equality (Quilliam).

Wow! What wonderful people.

I love the flavours, the nutritional benefits and the ethics of eating these bars. It’s a winner all round.
