As with all good quality cacao, there’s no sugar added and no refining to produce cocoa. This will produce a nice healthy hot chocolate, and I made mine using the recipe below:
Super Cinnamon Hot Chocolate
4 teaspoons Aduna Super-Cacao Powder
1 cup Koko Coconut Milk
3 teaspoons Date Syrup
Dash of Vanilla Extract
Start heating the milk over a moderate heat, and then stir in the cacao powder, syrup and cinnamon powder.
Stir until simmering, add a dash of vanilla and serve.
This fabulous hot chocolate, filled with magnesium and potassium, will nourish your body and your mind.
