I have really enjoyed sharing my Christmas tips and gift ideas with you all, and I am delighted with all of your comments and responses. So thank you for making this such fun!
Today we are busy prepping for Christmas dinner and I wanted to share our vegan, gluten free stuffing recipe.
15 heels/slices Organic, gluten free vegan Bread
1.5 Extra Large Organic Onions
10 Dee’s Vegan Sausages (skin removed)
6-8 tsp Organic Mixed Herbs
3 tsp Organic Parsley
3 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Food process bread until finely crumbed.
Pre-chop onion and then add into processor.
Add herbs and sausages and process until evenly blended.
Place into cooking container, press down and drizzle oil over. Allow oil to soak through.
Cook at 180 degrees centigrade for approximately 30 minutes or until crisp and brown.
Serve with a tasty vegan dish of choice, and fresh vegetables.
