Spiced Pudding EggNog Recipe (Vegan)

For a quick festive treat, that doesn’t take forever to make or loads of fancy ingredients, why not try this vegan eggnog with a festive tea twist. I’ve chosen to infuse the plant milk with the gorgeous, brand new Spiced Pudding tea from Leaves of the World.


200ml Coconut Milk (tinned)

200ml Plant Milk of choice

3tsp Leaves of the World – Spiced Pudding Tea

65g Raw Cashew Nuts

70ml Water

3 tbsp Agave/fruit syrup/rice syrup/maple syrup

1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon


Soak the cashews in enough water to cover them overnight.

Cold brew the coconut milk and plant milk with 3 teaspoons of Spiced Pudding Tea. Let this brew overnight in the fridge.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

(If your blender is super efficient, you might find you need to strain the mixture to get a nice smooth eggnog. You can then use the leftovers for a festive smoothie).

Serve immediately with a garnish of cinnamon powder, or refrigerate for a few hours to make a nice, chilled drink.
