As we’re getting closer to Christmas Day, I’m dreaming about my husband’s home-made vegan stuffing. It’s his favourite part of the meal, and I can totally understand why. You can use any brand or type of vegan sausages (as long as you remove the skin if they have it) and it also works with gluten free bread.
15 heels/slices organic vegan bread.
1.5 Extra Large Organic Onions
Pack of vegan sausages (skin removed)
6-8 tsp Organic Mixed Herbs
3 tsp Organic Parsley
3 tbsp Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Food process bread until finely crumbed.
Pre-chop onion and then add into processor.
Add herbs and sausages and process until evenly blended.
Place into cooking container, press down and drizzle oil over. Allow oil to soak through.
Cook at 180 degrees centigrade for approximately 30 minutes or until crisp and brown.
Serve with a tasty vegan dish of choice, and fresh vegetables.
